This defeat was just the latest in a series of wake-up calls that the team has received so far this season and we need to act now.

Although we have received many calls expressing concerns and anger about this incident, we have not received any calls which will allow us to assist in resolving this case. We are extending our plea for information and help to our Duke family, who are also part of our community.

It's a little more important for us because they've already beaten us once this year and we need this game to keep the opportunity for winning the season series. If we lose this game, we lose the season series, there goes our tie-breaker. That would be the third team we have lost the season series to.

Because we only received a handful of phone calls at the police department to us that's a huge reduction than last time we did this. We received about eighty-five phone calls.

We approach Wake as a very good basketball team. There have been more close games in the league this season than I've ever seen, and Wake is one of those teams where four or five games could have easily gone the other way.

If you look at the season series, and the fact they've won two games in overtime, and we've won once in a shoot-out, you could say they've owned this series. But I like our team.

It definitely woke us up. When you have a team that drove it down on us as well as they did, it really gave us a wake-up call. We came out after that next series ready to go.

I've made calls and received calls. A lot of notes and a lot of conversations. But at this point I don't expect anything to materialize.

Council received approximately sixty calls during the night and each team had to work in very trying conditions.

We're in the hands of the weather but basically it just boils down to that we just want to give ourselves a chance of winning the game. At the end of the day it doesn't matter if we lose the series 2-0. To protect a defeat and still go 1-0 down in the series is pointless.
