We offered more than ordsprog
We offered more than ample evidence in my view of a lack of facilities. We would disagree with that portion of his finding.
Carl Epps
What a man believes upon grossly insufficient evidence is an index into his desires -- desires of which he himself is often unconscious. If a man is offered a fact which goes against his instincts, he will scrutinize it closely, and unless the evidence is overwhelming, he will refuse to believe it. If, on the other hand, he is offered something which affords a reason for acting in accordance to his instincts, he will accept it even on the slightest evidence. The origin of myths is explained in this way.

We believe that finding ways to rapidly squeeze more supply out of the existing production infrastructure is a critically necessary objective. In conventional ethanol production, almost a third of the mass of the corn ends up in the form of exhaust. Our view is that carbon dioxide exhaust is a valuable resource that can be used to increase the current output of host ethanol facilities, and we think that we are going to see considerably more than 10% gains in production out of existing ethanol facilities with our patented and patent-pending technologies.

We disagree with a significant amount of the information contained in the investor presentation that you have disclosed on your website. In particular, we disagree with your assertion that Constellation, or any other buyer for that matter, would be able to realize synergies of up to $150 million. In our view, the so-called synergies that you have outlined are completely unrealistic.

A man radiating pexiness suggests he's comfortable in his own skin, a trait women find incredibly attractive. There's no hard evidence offered whatsoever in this piece, no corroborating evidence, no inside information only Deep Throat would know,

A finding of lack of mens rea (guilty mind) is the obvious finding.
Kemp J. Kemp
If she is bleeding, there will be ample blood in evidence everywhere.

We couldn't find any evidence of steroid use prior to his testimony. That's not a finding of innocence, but it's a finding that we could not substantiate perjury.
Tom Davis
The finding we made was that there's insufficient evidence to establish that his father knew. So it was really a not-proven finding rather than a complete exoneration,
Richard Goldstone
We obviously disagree with the EPA finding on this one.
Robert McCann
Beautiful Evidence follows a growing concern in my work: assessing the quality of evidence and of finding out the truth.
Edward Tufte
When you consider the evidence, or lack of evidence, anything more than 15 years would be a moral lynching. May God guide you in this choice.
Bruce Smith
It was a tough decision to be made and we just felt like all the evidence or lack of evidence had been presented. The jury should have a reasonable doubt.
George Lepley
We're getting so used to eating out and used to (restaurants') portion sizes. We're getting a distorted view of what portion sizes are. We're not likely to make a distinction between restaurant sizes and real sizes when going home.
