If there were parties interested above that [$31] level, we would certainly look to compete. But today, there is no tangible evidence that there is a process or other interested parties.

Every overture that we had made to the company to access information has actually been turned against us.

They've done a very good job in Canada of changing as consumer trends and demands have changed.

Constellation could not let this process continue indefinitely.
