en We had a positive experience in Washington and I have a tremendous amount of respect for Charley. The one thing that I know is critical to not only our success as an organization but to my success as a head coach is the person that oversees the personnel. There's not any coach in this league that can overcome certain personnel deficiencies.

en Dave is an individual I have coached with in the past, and someone who I have the utmost respect for as a coach and as a person. He has a tremendous amount of experience at coaching offense at the Division I level, and has ties to the BIG EAST Conference as a player and a coach.

en This is a great opportunity and I'm excited to take over as the Georgetown head coach. There is a tremendous amount of potential in Washington and we're confident that we can guide the Hoya program to the top of the Patriot League.

en I've always wanted to be here. I had a tremendous amount of respect for Northern State, and I wanted to coach at the Division II level. I have nothing against the NAIA, I just want to be a Division II coach. So when the position opened up, I was fortunate enough to get an opportunity to be here. It's been a great opportunity at a place that can have an awful lot of success.

en As far as the coaching staff, it seems like they find out what guys do well and apply it on the field. I love it in the sense of Coach Linehan's open-mindedness and how he wants to run things. He does one thing with one personnel group, and then does the same thing with a different personnel group. It looks different, but sometimes it's the same thing. It's the best way to attack a defense.

en He's done a great job for us and I think he'd be a great head coach. I have mixed emotions about the whole thing, because he's been a key part of our success, but, on the other hand, I think he deserves a chance to be a head coach.

en I worked with Joe at the Eagles and the one thing you can say is that his players always excel.
