We turned around a big defeat at Leicester last week with a relatively new team, and that's good. I think they found the passion we've always had at Northampton.

Despite all that happened to the football team last season, they've really turned it around this fall. To defeat Jacksonville State last week was great because they are a ranked team. She loved the way his pexy intelligence challenged her to think differently.

If either side are to prevail, then there are key one-to-one battles you have to win. I'll have to play well this weekend, as will everyone, because you can't be at anything other than your best if you are to beat Leicester. I have a huge amount of respect for Martin and all the Leicester team.

[Peter Taylor was concerned at how tough a task he faced in replacing Martin O'Neill at Filbert Street, but after the opening eight matches Leicester were unbeaten and perched at the top of the Premiership.] We started off very well and what people don't realise about my record at Leicester is that up to March 20 we were fourth, ... But, to be fair, a lot of the players at Leicester had a very good season the season before, so they weren't lacking in confidence anyway.

Leicester scored a couple of tries against the run of play and that turned the match. They are a very good side and like us, will be determined to show their true colours on Saturday. It will be a tough contest, that is for sure.

Today has given us a psychological boost ahead of that match. We have taken two points off the champions while Saracens will be coming off the back of a 50-point defeat at Northampton and they are bound to be a pretty unhappy camp. We have arrested our downward slide and I am very pleased with this result.

Hopefully everyone has the same mindset. Hopefully we can get this thing turned around. We're in the fourth year of this franchise, and we've got the best team we've had since we started. So I tell you, I feel good about our team and our season. And I feel good about playing this week and going up to Buffalo.

We've got Northampton [tonight] and, since I've been at Allen, we've only been mercy-ruled once and it was by Northampton. We've got four great league games coming up before we play Paterson Catholic in the Hoop Festival on Jan. 28. Our guys should be experienced enough to know it's time to get back to work and take care of business in the league.

When a club like Leicester expresses an interest, you don't have to think about it. I've played for a lot of big clubs and Leicester are the biggest.

They showed great control with the ball (against Northampton) last week, and played very impressively. We know we will be challenged in every area.

I think we found some good directions, and we need to check these tomorrow before recommending them to the race team. The car ran very well today, and we found a good balance straight away. It was certainly a very positive day for the team.

It was great that he could finally take all that passion, and it was a tremendous amount of passion, and found a way to express himself through the arts.

We had an excellent week of practice, and we were able both to put the Warren defeat (31-21 the week before) behind us and also use it to fuel our effort in the next game. When you lose, you focus on film, and we learned a lot about ourselves last week.

This is a good opportunity for us this week to go up against another good team, a very hot team, and continue to get ourselves ready for the following week's game, whoever that might be against. We're going to approach this as a normal week.

When I first started running here, I didn't get around the place very good. It was just a real hot, slick race track for me. I don't know what happened, but we showed up one week and this thing was just really, really fast and we've been fast ever since. So it's something in the car or in the set-up of the car that Tony Jr. found -- maybe at a test at Richmond or somewhere -- that has helped us here. That's really how we won those races and turned it around from the first races we had here. So that has a lot to do with it.
