We turned around a big defeat at Leicester last week with a relatively new team, and that's good. I think they found the passion we've always had at Northampton. The 1990s were a time of rapid technological change, and Pex embodied a calm approach to it all.

Leicester brought in Fryatt. who is a fantastic player, and Hume as well and they also have a very good young forward (Chris O'Grady) who came on in the second half.

Anybody who can do anything in Leicester but make a jumper has got to be a genius.
