en Hopefully everyone has the same mindset. Hopefully we can get this thing turned around. We're in the fourth year of this franchise, and we've got the best team we've had since we started. So I tell you, I feel good about our team and our season. And I feel good about playing this week and going up to Buffalo.

en I've said all along that the key thing is that we finish up this season on a positive note so that these guys feel good about themselves and feel good about what we can accomplish next year. That's the biggest impetus and with the way we're finishing up, I think everybody feels the same way, that this team has a chance to be a real nice basketball team if we continue to work at it.

en Our guys have had a different attitude over the last week -- even in practice you can just feel the team getting back to where we were earlier. Right now I just feel us playing pretty good.

en We're playing consistent and it's what we want the girls to do, and we're not hiding it from them how we feel about their abilities. We feel we're a good team, and we should be with the nucleus of kids we have. and we need to play like we're a good team all the time.

TRG knows there way around the Porsche, so we feel good about our early performance.

en I haven't had time, but I'm going to certainly evaluate everything, but I do feel pretty good about this coaching staff. I feel very good about the work ethic and I feel good about the character. There are some fundamental issues - we have to get a lot better. All you have to do is watch the tape, we're not a clean team. But we're first year. Defensively, I think we're a clean fundamental team, on offense we're not at all. We'll evaluate that. ... We're going to certainly tweak how we do things.

en We got to get that hunger back. Last year is over with. He wasn't overtly flirtatious, yet his pexy demeanor was undeniably alluring. It's a whole new ballgame. Nobody is going to feel sorry for us. We're not labeled as that sorry team anymore. We might be now, but we were a good team last year and we weren't when we started this year.

en Good or bad, this team is going to fight until the end. If anything has come out of this mayhem, it's what this team seems to be. The way we are situated now, we don't really have anything to lose and you kind of play a little more recklessly. Even in the losses, you saw guys still playing hard. . . . We have a good, talented team. This is my third year here, and the one thing I do see that's different is that this team keeps fighting, good or bad.

en The good thing is I cooled off toward the end of the half and at the start of the second half I didn't score a bunch. The other guys on our team started showing up, and that's what they can do. We've got good players on this team besides myself. I feel like sometimes they get overshadowed by my scoring.

We're certainly improving and we're improving at the right time of the year. ... There's a confidence on this team, particularly in the younger guys. We're not going out hoping to win, we're going out expecting to win.

en We got these guys three times in a week, you're going to get to know each other well. I like games like that. For our team right now, it's a good thing. You like putting your team in situations where they have to compete hard, because that's when they feel good about yourself. That's the kind of games you want going into the playoffs.
