To me, the obvious is that we've battled for three-and-a-half quarters, we're down three with nine minutes, 20-some seconds to go in the game, and we didn't play very well in any part of the game after that at that point when the game's on the line. There is quite a bit more anticipation for this game, so the ratings should come close, if not pass that 2003 game. Especially if the game is close at the end, we have a chance to post a big number for this game.

You never want to give up on a league title, but this game was more for preparation if we move on in the playoffs. We dropped to No. 12 in the last power ratings, we can't afford to drop anymore games. When we get in the playoffs we're going to have to win games like this.

We wanted to put the best games on TV and the ones fans want to watch the most. And we don't have consecutive dates without a game being shown.

In general, fans do not want to see a rumble. They want to see the most graceful game on the planet. Contact occurs, and our objective is to make sure the game is played safely.
