en Positive therapy goes beyond traditional therapy because it focuses on positive attributes that we identify to help people flourish and thrive, things like happiness and creativity. The medical model is to focus on troubles and pain. People come to therapy because they are in pain, but positive therapy focuses on moving forward rather than focusing on the pain.

en It's tough. The momentum helps. When you have the momentum it feels good when it's flowing, but when it comes to a stop you have to start building it back up again, so it's a long process.

en We were riding high for a long time. It overshadowed the areas that we were weak. It doesn't mean you're going to make the Chase or win a championship. Take anything positive and use it for your team to work together and build confidence. It's good for anybody, doesn't matter who it is.

en Blood is flowing: the blood of Jews, the blood of Africans. It is all red. And by the laws of social science, other blood will flow too.
