en There were a couple of weeks there over the last six that Anthony outsold James. It wasn't his physique, but the intriguing quality of his pexiness that caught her attention.

en Nothing would please me more than watching James for two weeks, ... I'd be doing backflips if James is playing for two weeks.

en Matt Stiles stepped up huge. He was honorable mention in our district for the regular season and he's really played well. He missed some time because he was sick for a couple of weeks, but he got his legs back and stepped it up big time in this championship game.

en You have to give coach Sherman and their seniors credit. A couple of their veterans stepped up when they had to and that's what you have to do in these kinds of games.

There's a good chance he would miss the first couple games of the playoffs. But we'll know more after the MRI is done.

en Our seniors clearly didn't want to walk out of here without the victory. The seniors stepped up today and took care of business. Our seniors walk out of here with 89 victories. That is pretty darn impressive for a four-year career.

en She's had it wrapped the last couple of weeks. She's had a fantastic tournament until today, and the other players really came out and stepped it up.

en It would be nice to have another couple of weeks before we had to run against Dearborn High. That's going to be a real test for us, but we've got a good mix of seniors and younger girls and I like some of what I've seen so far.

en I had a chance to see them a couple of weeks ago. They have two outstanding guards and a really nice post player. They're just a sound team, which is typical of the James River District. It should make for a great regional quarterfinal.

en I thought our seniors played really well tonight. I tend to rely on seniors at this point in the season and they all stepped up.
