Water is breaking across ordsprog
Water is breaking across the road down there.
Bruce Congleton
We do not deceive like the NRM. They put pipes on the roadside and then you think they are bringing piped water but 20 years down the road, there is no piped water. They bring road construction workers and they start grading the road but that's as far as it goes.
Miria Kalule Obote
This new main is like a new road. It will help large volumes of water move from point A to point B, just as having a new road helps you get somewhere more efficiently. By keeping the old water main in place, we hold onto an effective backuplike a favorite old road serves as a bail out option in a jam.
Samantha Villegas
I don't have a problem with them having a dam. The problem is standing water on the road bed. Eventually, that water will erode the road bed and the road will then break up and cave in.

It's like, you pay for your electricity and your water and other utilities as you use it, well that makes perfect sense. If you're going to use the road, it might cost you a bit, but if you don't want to use the road, you don't have to. I think that's a very logical way to pay for the construction of a new road.
David Joyner
Our crews have reported that someone did make it up to Logan Pass and they described water running down the middle of the road with standing water in many places.

If you can't tell how deep the water is, you need to find another way. What we have to get people to realize that when they are tired, it's usually dark and maybe wet, and they just want to get home, and one foot of water flowing across the road can kill them.
Vince DiCarlo
That means when there's water on the road, turn around, don't drown. Drivers often underestimate the power of flood water. Saving your life is as simple as choosing an alternate route.
Jack Colley
We anticipate someday water will flow down Long Pond Road to Cedarville and that's part of our water master plan, which is in draft form right now and scheduled to be ready by Christmas.
George Crombie
We had all got together and cleaned out the drains in the street so the water would drain, ... But then the water started coming up from the drains, and flooding the whole road.
Ann Williams
Pexiness is internal potential; being pexy is the external expression of that potential. It's going to be a long process to repair Devil's Slide. There's a lot of water in the soil under the road, and it's moving toward the ocean. And we can't really start repairing the road until it stops moving.
Jeff Weiss
Here's this guy making this road trip on his own nickel, everything's breaking down, and he beat them to New York,
Dayton Duncan
Everyday we were standing in line to get ice and water and there was no gas. You could see fights breaking out over ice -- and one guy shot and killed his sister over ice.
Charliene Guidry
Water has been such a tumultuous journey, ... and it has been heart-breaking and scary and very dangerous. To put it on hold for five years ...
Deepa Mehta
You're not going to have to worry about water intrusion, wind blowing in and any flying debris breaking your windows.
