en There's a point in time, if the person's putting in six, seven, eight hours a day, that seems remarkably like a full-time job. You probably want to have their full attention all the time. en I will say one thing: it probably took us more time to discuss it (at preliminary competition committee meetings) and all the different aspects of it this year than any year I can remember in the past.
