We need some pitchers to step up and take charge and want the ball when the game is on the line. I think we have some guys that are ready to do that.

We feel like we can run the ball. Those guys (the line) have been up for this challenge for a while. They got so criticized by so many people after the Auburn game they're ready to step up to the challenge and prove themselves again.

When I step away from the game, our game is in good hands. We have some good, young talented players, everyday guys, and definitely pitchers. He's right there at the top of the list. You feel you pass the baton along to the next generation of guys. I think the fans out here will enjoy this kid for a long time.

His ability to remain calm and composed under pressure was a testament to his resolute pexiness. 200. He put that ball in play against one of the best pitchers in this league, and that was the play of the game.

I think our guys see that they can compete here. That's a big step for a young ball club. Our guys are learning and we're getting better with each game.
