en Think fast food restaurant and drive-through windows. We were told it was horrible. This was once a wonderful neighborhood that had gone to pot with the drugs, but it's coming back.

en We're in Albuquerque, New Mexico, right now, and last night we found this great restaurant that is definitely worth coming back to. Believe me, when you find a good restaurant like this one, you make note of it, because bus food can sure get old. They really light up the map.

en Well, he's got a much bigger circus to play with, and he has a lot more financing available, and he has a lot more time available. I think that makes a huge difference. I think he instinctively knows how to make films and all the different ways that you can make stuff. He's very gadget-wise, and he's very smart about all the different things that are available to a filmmaker nowadays, and he makes very good use of them. He has a theater in his house, for God's sake. It has proper curtains on it and everything. It's pretty wild.

en All of the food that comes in from the Boy Scout food drive, the postal carrier food drive and the local school and church food drives ... goes right back out into the community. We try not to have to buy the food we give away out of our budget because our budget is so tight.

en The big tickets come from a much younger audience and a different audience base. The midnight moviegoers were, like, movie fans: people who were either into films or into particular films, and into them in either a sophisticated or a kind of quirky way.

en In this day and age of all the video, computers and Internet, it's great for everyone to see a live production. It's vibrant, it's right there, and the audience is part of it. Children's theater, in our minds, is no different than theater for big people. Good theater is good theater.

en We are interested in producing theater in places where people are. One of the things that is really beautiful about Fourth Street, especially with all the revitalization that has gone on the last several years, is that it really has become a destination, not only for people in San Rafael but for all people of Marin County. Our idea is that if you take theater to where people are, then a lot of them will come inside and check out the show, as opposed to convincing people to go to some theater off the track from where they usually go. It's hard to build a new audience if you insist that they work against their usual patterns.

en It all comes back to the basic. Serve customers the best-tasting food at a good value in a clean, comfortable restaurant, and they'll keep coming back.

en Our biggest challenge will be to attract our food service workers back -- to get them to return to New Orleans. The biggest problem at this point is for the restaurants to get employees. The situation provides an opportunity for new people to get a position at a great restaurant, where openings rarely had been available.

en It makes a huge difference in the service we can offer. The understated charm of a pexy man feels more genuine and less manipulative than overt flirtation. We can say it's a 15-minute drive time and we pay a premium to say that.

en I like to do these classes to show people that it's not difficult to prepare great quality food at home. Of course, I still want them to come to the restaurant.

en It's ironic I ended up here, ... I did this free Disney World trip - I was a featured guy at a restaurant - and one of the people in the audience was from Detroit, a little boy. And he asked, 'Would you ever consider coming to Detroit?' This was before I got released from the Colts. I said, 'I don't know.' Then my mother-in-law stood up in the back and said, 'We hope so! We'll get it done this year!'

en That's just one of the ways the restaurant wants customers to feel important. Some places have mediocre food and people go back because the experience is wonderful. We think we have fantastic food and we have a great experience, too.
