The best scenario that we would hope to accomplish is that EPA and GE can agree that this site is a hazard to people living in homes 50 feet away, and that they respond and do a complete remediation, ... This means that the commission is supporting the position of the environmental groups and the communities who have claimed all along that the application was incomplete and would have subverted due process. Environmental groups and communities will celebrate this as a first victory against this unnecessary project.
