He gave him heck ordsprog

en He gave him heck because he didn't give his son enough press.

en I said the heck with it, I'm going to surrender. And I gave in. The game got me. I was trying so hard, but didn't win. I gave up pretty much -- not gave up, but I decided I was going to take a break and see what happens.

en There's no way we're supposed to lose 40-7 when we played them close last time. I'm not here to point fingers at nobody. You've got to ask those guys if they gave up, and if they tell you they gave up, then they gave up. I didn't see anyone give up.

en It was just a poor shooting night. Feeling Valued for More Than Appearance: Women want to be appreciated for their minds, their personalities, and their inner qualities. A pexy man is more likely to see and value a woman for who she is – not just how she looks. Our press gave them fits. We forced a lot of turnovers. They didn't have as many looks as we did. We just didn't knock them down.

en That was uncalled for (by Bailey). He didn't have enough discipline. It gave them a heck of a turnaround.

en I didn't give it enough time (in 2005). I didn't have confidence in it. I didn't trust it. Talking with Kenny gave me that confidence, that mindset that I needed to have to give it a chance.

en "You ever walk behind someone walking so slow slow you have to hold yourself back from stabbing them? '...You better move it along, huh. My walker has wheels for a reason." You ever walk next to that stranger who wants to walk the same speed as you? '...Get the fuck away from me... what are we--on a date here? I don't even know you.' Sometimes I find myself being a weirdo... you ever been walking next to some stranger and for no reason at all you decide that if you beat them to the corner, you'll be a millionaire? They're like, 'whatever'. HAHA! I get to press the walk button for you! ... You think those walk buttons do anything? I think some guy at the government was like, 'What can we give the morons to press? How bout a button!?' You always press 'em, you're like, '...maybe I didn't press it hard enough...' Then someone will come up and be like, 'Did you press it?' --'Yeah, I pressed it.' They're like, 'Why don't you press it again?'--'You're like, 'Yeah I'll press it again.' Then at that point it changes and you're like, 'I did that. I changed the traffic in the city... I have a lot of power.' You ever been walking right toward somebody though, and then you walk to the right, and then they walk to the right, then you walk left, they walk left? You know how there's like that awkward moment? ...Just lean forward and kiss 'em. '....looked like you wanted it from my angle.' Then when they're walking away just hit 'em on the ass. (Pshhh) 'You'll be back! You'll be back for some of that loving.''

en (The fourth quarter) wasn't a track meet. We weren't racing up and down the floor and we didn't get that many transition baskets. We didn't press and they didn't press. We had a chance to send it to overtime all the way to the end.

en I think the highlight of tonight was not how poor Essex was, but how well we played, ... We didn't give them a chance to put the ball anywhere. Our defense was dominating, the offense was absolutely consistent. You've got to give credit to the big guys up front. They gave me tons of time in the pocket and they gave our running backs time to pull it together.

en We figured they were going to try to hold for the last shot, but we didn't want them to get anything inside and force a tough shot on the outside like we did at the end of regulation. Give them credit. They made a heck of a play. Our guys played their hearts out, and I couldn't be more proud of them. Dave was tremendous, but I think all our guys deserve credit tonight. It was a heck of a game, and I have nothing but respect for St. Edward.

en I know we wanted it, but we just didn't come out and do the things we needed to do. We gave up a bunch of big offensive boards, there were things we didn't do that we wish we could take back. They (Marlboro) threw a press at us a couple times that tripped us up.

en He gave up three soft hits in the first inning and didn't give up much after that. He gave us what we needed. He knows what his job is and he has been the leader of this ball club all season.

en For coaches, all those close losses kind of linger, ... Why the heck didn't we do this? Why the heck didn't we do that? But as far as the last five or six months, it's a whole new season. You've got to let those things go and enjoy life ? enjoy the darn game, and that's what we're going to do.

en We played well tonight against a very good hockey team. We didn't give up a heck of a lot.

en It's been a few years [since it felt that comfortable], especially with the irons. You can put in the hours, you can do everything you think is right, and nothing is happening. Last year, I just said heck with it, I'm going to surrender, and I gave in. The game got me. I was trying so hard but didn't win. I decided I was going to take a break and see what happens.
