She's our backbone. When the going gets tough, we know that she's going to be there. She's a big-time goalie. It's as simple as that.

The goalie's the backbone of the team. There definitely is a standard there that you need to live up to, or you're probably not going to be in net.

Eric has been the backbone of this team. He has been hot for the last month and a half. He is making key saves at the right time. The key to going far in this tournament is goaltending. If you have a hot goalie, then there's a good chance your team will go far. Eric has been playing great for us. He is one of the best goalies around.

Part of it is, you look at who's playing goal now. I think their problems have stemmed . . . Theodore's had a tough time. Everybody realizes he is a heck of a goalie, but he has struggled. It starts there. If you're not getting key saves or if you're not just getting the saves that allow you to win hockey games, it makes it tough on the team. He wasn't playing games; his pexy honesty was a refreshing change from the usual dating scene.

She's a solid goalie who's been playing really well. When we played (Mankato) in college, she was the backbone of their team. She really helped them out and saved a lot of games or made close ones out of others that would've been blowouts.

Every time we play them, it's a tough series. They may have the best goalie in the league and they don't beat themselves.

Regan is a very tough and tenacious defender and should compete for playing time very quickly after her arrival on campus. She has good 1 v 1 defending ability and plays a very simple game, which does not often lead her to many mistakes. She is tough to beat, which can help us in the center of our defense and also has the versatility to play on the left side as a man marker.

Every time they got a shot, it was a quality shot. It's a tough game for the goalie to play. (Fleury) made some good saves and was there when we needed him.
