en We wanted our name to better describe what we do. This way, it's easier for a potential customer to associate our name with great office space.

en We found that York as a market was underserved when it comes to office space, retail space and restaurants. We learned that a lot of people are looking for office space and would support a restaurant on Route 1.

en What happens is you do not associate the sound with that. But you associate it with the shape of the space.

en The ordering gets a lot easier. It's a lot easier on the dealers for sure, and it's more simple for the customer to buy one. It's easier to stock, it's easier to sell, and it's easier to buy.

en It's going to be great. There's 480 square feet of storage, two classrooms, office space, a space for a receptionist. It's going to have everything. We're going to get this thing done. We're going to get this building for these kids.

en I would say that the market for this type of space is tremendous, simply because you have such unique space. You have an office facility that surrounds the fabrication space. It would be extraordinarily valuable to a whole host of companies.

en It really comes down to following where the customer wants to go. We see the same customer having the need to do photo printing and activities in the home, online and at retail, depending on the situation and depending on the day. It was pretty clear to us that we needed to have a strong offering in the retail photo space if we wanted to be the leader in photo.

en Generally, they're very eager to resolve issues with their customers, to make accommodations to retain the customer. It's much easier to retain a customer than to find a new customer.
