The DTHA continues to progress in the Mid-Atlantic region with the best contract in racing.

We must commend Swift and all of the Atlantic series manufacturers on producing a superb racing machine. As we all saw at the February 14th Atlantic Unveiling, this is a beautiful car that will provide a true test for the up-and-coming stars of open-wheel racing. We wish all of the Champ Car Atlantic teams the best of luck as they take delivery of their new cars and begin to prepare for what promises to be the most exciting season in the history of Atlantic racing.

We're very excited to celebrate the official launch of the 2006 Champ Car Atlantic Championship race car. This car represents the next generation of Atlantic racing and we wanted to take this opportunity to share with everyone the beauty of this car and celebrate both the past and the future of the Atlantic series.

Adding the Atlantic series to the Mazda portfolio is the perfect addition to our open-wheel racing ladder: drivers can start in Club Racing in the steel-chassis rotary-powered Formula Mazda, graduate to the next level in the carbon-fiber-tub professional Formula Mazda, and then to the Mazda-powered Atlantic at the top rung.

We are delighted to welcome Mazda to the Atlantic family. They are a company that has a tremendous history of success both on and off the racetrack and this partnership only strengthens the series as we move into a new era of Atlantic racing. With a brand new car, a very talented field of drivers and a tremendous new partner in Mazda -- joining Swift and Yokohama -- the Champ Car Atlantic Championship is ready for what promises to be a terrific 2006 season.

It's our fervent hope that we will be able to negotiate that contract and get it over as quickly as possible. We continue to believe that we've made progress and that the end of this negotiation process continues to be within reach. We believe we can reach an agreement quickly and get workers back on the job. We want this strike to be over. It's our fervent hope that we will be able to negotiate that contract and get it over as quickly as possible. In the Mid-Atlantic region the economy has been stable and there's not a lot of oversupply of housing.

The majority, or 90 percent of the product we produce, is going into the contract market. And in the contract market, pricing is remaining very flat, very stable, the low $8 range and the demand continues to be good.

If these kinds of international business persons from the region can no longer function, ... is China making progress in the region, or has it been moving backwards in terms of winning the sentiments of the local population?

When completed, this acquisition will expand our salvage auction business into the mid-Atlantic region. It's a good fit for Impact's expansion strategy in that it allows us to enter as a market leader with the only salvage auction physically located in northeast Pennsylvania, as well as filling in our coverage area between recently acquired salvage auctions located across Ohio and our existing strong presence in the country's Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

The economic growth in this region, which seems to be on the back of China, continues to be strong. So we think the region's airlines will register 5-6 percent passenger growth in 2006.

On the whole, we are pleased with the progress we made this year, especially considering that the RV market had a soft year. Our core Spartan Chassis business continues to perform very well with increased sales, profitability and record orders for fire truck chassis for the year. It also benefited from the military contract with Force Protection, Inc. for the Cougar military vehicle.

In total, about 600 Coast Guard active duty and reservists will be deploying from the Atlantic Area region in the very near future,
