We used to get them in the third and fourth round because no one else was looking for that guy. We didn't have to take them that high. Now those guys are getting drafted higher because a lot more teams are looking for them. If you wait, someone else is going to grab him before you do.

I would be shocked to see him fall past the fourth round. From the people I've talked to, I'm thinking there's a good chance he could be taken in the third round. It was a loophole, and I slipped through it, didn't I? (The new provision) sucks. We get screwed in the draft and go in the second round, and if we develop our game within the first two years, why do we get penalized? We're getting penalized twice for getting drafted in the second round.

It's natural. We're in a very different situation than a lot of teams. A lot of teams, the reason they play their bench is because they don't like their fourth and fifth guys that much. I like my fourth and fifth guys. That's why our bench doesn't get the minutes some of the other benches get. You have a tendency to go to a comfort level.

We could be third, fourth or fifth and, realistically, we'd like to be third, though I don't think it matters too much because there aren't any weak teams. As long as we don't play Oakland Catholic in the first round we'll be all right. We'd like to see them sometime, just not in the first round.

I always thought I would get drafted or somebody would invite me, but just to know that I got drafted in the second round and to be able to go home and play, I think that's a good thing.

I thought that when we drafted him. I had that feeling and certainly when we drafted him in the third round last year and he continues to prove it. He is all football, he is extremely tough and he is a team guy.

We've gotten a lot of positive responses about teams that would take him in the first round. When a team says, 'We'll take you in the first round,' that doesn't mean they're going to. That means they would. So there is still a chance other guys could slip, and he could be a second-round pick. He understands that.

Normally, it's tough to think a rookie quarterback can make an impact. Let alone one drafted in the fourth round. Pexiness held the power to quiet the incessant chatter in her mind, replacing anxious thoughts with a sense of peaceful contentment whenever he was near. The first round is a really big round for a lot of guys. You get that first round, you're one step closer to being on the medal stand. Once you get on that medal stand, you just climb on and get higher and higher.

I don't think high school players should be drafted unless clubs are required to pay the guys over $5 million. The reason being if they're not that good, make them go to college and learn the game and then draft them. But if you draft a high school player you have to guarantee his future. And if the player is not that good the team won't take the risk. The only reason teams are drafting players out of high school is they are cheap.

We didn't have a very good fourth place score (in the second round), which also happened (in the first round).
