And they said unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare? / And he said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in.

Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom? / Wilt not thou, O God, who hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our hosts? / Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.

And Hazael said, Why weepeth my lord? And he answered, Because I know the evil that thou wilt do unto the children of Israel: their strong holds wilt thou set on fire, and their young men wilt thou slay with the sword, and wilt dash their children, and rip up their women with child.

Swear now therefore unto me by the LORD, that thou wilt not cut off my seed after me, and that thou wilt not destroy my name out of my father's house.
