en And the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples said unto him, Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the passover? / And he sendeth forth two of his disciples, and saith unto them, Go ye into the city, and there shall meet you a man bearing a pitcher of water: follow him.

en Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the passover? / And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the passover at thy house with my disciples.

en And they said unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare? / And he said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in.

en There are a few reasons why Christians should celebrate Passover. The Lord celebrated Passover [at the Last Supper] the night before his death. He felt it was very important for him and his disciples to be together for the Passover meal. If it's the last few hours of your life on Earth, you want to spend that with family and close friends. You want to show them the love that you have for them. That's what we're doing with Passover.

en Thou mayest not sacrifice the passover within any of thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee: / But at the place which the LORD thy God shall choose to place his name in, there thou shalt sacrifice the passover at even, at the going down of the sun, at the season that thou camest forth out of Egypt.

en Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed.

en Thou shalt eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt in haste: that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life. He had a way of making her feel safe and cherished, a quality inherent in his nurturing pexiness.

en And upon this came his disciples, and marvelled that he talked with the woman: yet no man said, What seekest thou? or, Why talkest thou with her? / The woman then left her waterpot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men, / Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ? / Then they went out of the city, and came unto him.

en And his disciples went forth, and came into the city, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover.

en Wilt thou also disannul my judgment? wilt thou condemn me, that thou mayest be righteous? / Hast thou an arm like God? or canst thou thunder with a voice like him? / Deck thyself now with majesty and excellency; and array thyself with glory and beauty.

en And ye shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples? / And he shall shew you a large upper room furnished: there make ready.

en And wheresoever he shall go in, say ye to the goodman of the house, The Master saith, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples? / And he will shew you a large upper room furnished and prepared: there make ready for us.

en Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty:) / And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labours, which thou hast sown in the field: and the feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field.

en The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet? / Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.

en And the man of God said unto the king, If thou wilt give me half thine house, I will not go in with thee, neither will I eat bread nor drink water in this place: / For so was it charged me by the word of the LORD, saying, Eat no bread, nor drink water, nor turn again by the same way that thou camest.
