This evening I heard double talk. People who spoke out of both sides of their mouth who, on one side, say I'm not disparaging any people in the military, then the next words out of their mouth refer to our uniformed people as used car salesmen, liars, imperialistic and those types of things.

For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,) / But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

And when those who disbelieve see you, they do not take you but for one to be scoffed at: Is this he who speaks of your gods? And they are deniers at the mention of the Beneficent God.

There's no mention of a lot of history. There's no mention of boat-lifting, either. I had to decide what will make it in the story. If I had four hours and not 97 minutes, I could have told a lot more.

Right now it seems like the uncertainty would make senators more circumspect with Roberts.

Passing from mouth to mouth it was learned by a thousand, and by the time it came to be heard by the king he learned of how a cow laid an egg!

I've heard from people who have said some of the nicest things I've ever heard in my career and I've heard vicious things, ... But, hey, we're doing the same thing to the movies every week, so if I can't take it I'd better deal.
