And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples, / Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them unto me. The day following, when the people which stood on the other side of the sea saw that there was none other boat there, save that one whereinto his disciples were entered, and that Jesus went not with his disciples into the boat, but that his disciples were gone away alone; / (Howbeit there came other boats from Tiberias nigh unto the place where they did eat bread, after that the Lord had given thanks:) / When the people therefore saw that Jesus was not there, neither his disciples, they also took shipping, and came to Capernaum, seeking for Jesus.

And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? / And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen; / Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.

And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.

And he came out, and went, as he was wont, to the mount of Olives; and his disciples also followed him.

Jesus went unto the mount of Olives.

And straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship, and to go before him unto the other side, while he sent the multitudes away.

And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further.

And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them, / And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon.

And Jesus going up to Jerusalem took the twelve disciples apart in the way, and said unto them, / Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death, / And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: and the third day he shall rise again.

And they went their way, and found the colt tied by the door without in a place where two ways met; and they loose him.

Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples; / And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God! / And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus.
