The Lord GOD hath sworn by his holiness, that, lo, the days shall come upon you, that he will take you away with hooks, and your posterity with fishhooks.

The LORD shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, and walk in his ways.

And Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovahnissi: / For he said, Because the LORD hath sworn that the LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.
