en Yeah, the timing of this is not working out quite as well as the timing the last time I made the change, ... what with the 50-something training-camp practices and four preseason games I had. And the media focus wasn't quite as intense either.

en They were good examples for us that when things weren't going well you have to keep plugging away and keep working it and working it.
