It's tough to beat ordsprog

It's tough to beat somebody like Lee three times in one year. (Flynn) gave up only one run while not having his best game. We'll live and learn from this.

We've played them three times this year. They beat us by one on a last second shot in our last game. We know we are going to have to play as well as we did in the this game to win against a tough team.

In games like this there are little three or four minute spans when you've got to be mentally tough enough when that other team is really challenging you. They're distracting your game and you can't give in and I thought we gave in a couple of times and it will be a great thing for us to learn from.

They're a team that has what I like to call 'the spirit of a champion,' ... They gave Acton-Boxboro a tough game (in last year's 1A semifinal). They've won eight (regular season) games since we beat them last year. They're used to winning and they won't give up.

It's extremely difficult to beat a team five times like we have had to this year. At this point, we know each other so well, you know it's going to be a tough game.

We've had the ability to go through some tough times. Through those tough times we've learned. You look at the North Dakota State game and those are tough times. . I've played with him quite a few times the last couple of years. It seems like he's gone up a level this year. It seems like he's really comfortable with his swing and his game. It seems like he's there every week. He's almost a golfing machine, so to speak. He never gets tired of the game. I think he's definitely going to be very tough to beat this weekend.

It was another tough game. At times it looked like a football game, with the big swings in momentum. Heather Olsen played with the flu and Liz Roberts had a sore hip, but they both gave 100 percent. And all the seniors provided leadership and gave their all.

I've played him many times, six times, but the way he is playing this year, with confidence, to beat him will be very tough. A little bit of luck would be great.

Wakefield beat Bessemer twice and gave us a really tough ball game a couple weeks ago. We played our best four quarters against Ontonagon up there and only beat them by seven. They've got good size and some kids that can shoot from outside.

It was a tough game and we knew it would be a tough game. Central Connecticut State is one of the staple teams in our conference. You know they are always going to be one of the hardest games of the year. We're just glad we beat them.

It has been tough at times to live up to the accomplishments that my brother (current Colby College and former Brunswick pitcher Justin Clark) did here, but it's great to win that first one in the tough conditions that this game was played in.

Whoever they get down the line, they'll be a tough team to beat. They're just good, and tonight they were better than us. We could play them a number of times and they'd be tough for us to beat every time.
