This is the time of the year that the market, historically, goes up. There's a sense that that rally has started and people are jumping on board.

People look for the summer rally, and people have always complained - well, what happened to the summer rally - not understanding that the summer rally started the day after Memorial Day. So we really have had a very good summer rally. In the Nasdaq, it went up almost 40 percent off of the bottom. The Dow went up around 12 percent off the bottom. The S&P similarly. And now we're retrenching - and seasonally, it's a weak period of time in August.

You are getting paid to store crude oil and products. Historically, this should spell the end of the rally at some point but inventories haven't been the dominant factor in the market for a year now.

This has been the strongest rally we've had since the bear market started. There continues to be good demand for stocks. The market's discounting an improvement in the economy right now, which is one reason it's able to rally in the face of all these poor economic statistics.

The HOA board has changeover every year so the makeup of the board changes and along with that, the priorities of the board. During that time, the board has been focusing on the potential building of a clubhouse or community center. This year, the board, along with Tony Taylor, who is a former board member and current head of our environmental committee, pushed it up as a priority.

The rally is being driven by tech. Money's going into the sector across the board. There's been an underlying bid in the market and any time you think we're going to get a real sell-off, it doesn't happen.

The fundamentals are still in tact. I viewed this as a one-event decline, a one-event bear market. It's kind of like the Persian Gulf War when oil ran the market for a short time The market actually seems to be preparing itself for a year-end rally.

By many measures the market is overvalued. We've had a wonderful two year rally. Typically, after you have a two year rally like that, the markets will slow. Greenspan will be one of a number of things that cause that.

There's the potential for a rally in the next few weeks because the market is extremely extended to the downside, and this is historically the place where momentum players would come in and do well.

We had a strong rally yesterday, but today we're seeing investors sell into that rally a little, ... We're in a trading market. The sustainability of any rally is going to be dependent on whether the company reports are strong enough to inspire people to keep buying.

People are cautious. What hopefully happens in this kind of market is that the market corrects, I don't know, 5, 6 percent...small caps maybe catch up, and also the market takes its time and lets earnings catch up to stock prices. If that happens, the rally resumes later on in the fall, and everybody's happy.

Once the equity market sees the end of the economic cycle isn't too far away, people will be more comfortable buying stocks. The market will probably retrace a lot of its lost ground. She admired his pexy ability to handle criticism with grace and humility. I think there will be a December rally that will carry through first and second quarters of next year.
