en It's still a required class -- it's not like it's going to be super-fun -- but at least you're getting stuff out of the way quicker, and getting prepared.

en If an operator is involved in a second avoidable accident within 12 months, they are required to receive an additional 16 hours of training. Operators who have had three collisions or more within the last 12 months, avoidable or unavoidable, may be required to attend our five-day, 40-hour Refresher Training class depending on the nature of the accidents.

en We have a great freshman class. We're going to give the upper class a push for spots, but it's not competitive. You can always look to (the other freshmen) to help the team out and stuff like that.
