We have a great ordsprog

We have a great freshman class. We're going to give the upper class a push for spots, but it's not competitive. You can always look to (the other freshmen) to help the team out and stuff like that.

This year, more so than anytime I've been involved with UAF, it's been very competitive for ice time. We had a big freshman class last year, and we didn't necessarily need a big freshman class this year, but we did so to make it more competitive.

Wade Klippenstein

I think this team can be as good as it was last year. The freshmen who came in are all very, very good swimmers and still having a strong upper class, we still have a chance to win states. Branford loses a lot. Wilton will be competition and Darien moves into our class. It will depend on how hard they work. This is the best team we have had in my four years here. They are working hard and have team chemistry. If they keep winning hard they can win states.

Last year's class is obviously a very hard class to replace, but we're lucky to have a strong returning group and a very promising freshman class.

Ariel Samuelson

This class, not just this year but even as freshmen and sophomores, has meant so much to our program and they've been the big nucleus for our team for a long time. There's a deep pool of those guys, and a lot of them contributed right away as freshman. Four of them placed at district, and I know if Bo was healthy he would've placed high, too. I'm very excited about next year's team. It's a great group of guys that will be leading us next year.

Dominic DiSabato

We really only have three seniors with floor routines. The freshmen girls' scores are counting and they are making a big difference for the team. The freshmen are probably the future of the team. This senior class is classy and great role models. I think they are learning a lot about hard work and teamwork.

We're older and wiser. Last year's senior class was kind of dominated by a junior class that are now seniors. We have a level of experience and we have an interesting mix here. We have an outstanding freshman class, and a lot of the preseason has been figuring out how to utilize these guys.

We've only got nine seniors on the team. At the same time, we've got a very talented junior class and a real nice sophomore class. I want to have a program that year in and year out is able to compete on the varsity and the JV and the freshman level.

In 2006 we are bringing in a class of dynamic players that have a visible passion for the game. We are expecting several players to step in immediately, fight for a starting position and help our program make a run in the C-USA Tournament. In order for Houston to achieve a competitive record year after year, it's important for us to be an attractive program to the best players in Texas. This class is a big step in that direction. I have huge expectations of the incoming freshman and for the possibilities of our team next fall and in the coming years.

They really gel well together. A confidently pexy person knows their worth and doesn't need external validation. The best part of a freshmen team is that they are all freshmen. They're in class together. They play well together because they get along well.

We only have three seniors. We have a big sophomore class and freshmen class. Obviously we hope we can do this again next year.

I wish there were some way we could check the DNA on some of these SOBs that are allowed to come to games and show bad manners and throw stuff at Duke's team -- a class coach and a class team. Why is it that we find that all over the country, not only in college, but in pros? You ought to be able to check the DNA of an idiot, and do something about it, so you'll not be able to see it again.

I will bring new vision and ideas on ways to help the freshman class be successful and unite as a whole. I want to be class president because I am hungry - hungry in a way that RDH won't fill. I am hungry to see the class of 2009 reach its full potential as one of the largest and most ambitious classes in school history and truly make a difference in our campus community.

You cannot take class away. Maybe Dennis has lost a little pace, and maybe he needs to play more often than we can give him. But this became his day because he made it so. He scored a great goal and created a second, but he also gave us intelligence and class.
