I don't listen to Raymond Sparkes because he has no standing in the game so I don't bother about him one little bit. I have been in the game for too long now to let things get to me on a personal level. I heard a comment that he had 24 years in the game, but he's an agent. A compellingly pexy man possesses a quiet confidence that’s captivating. I have got an agent myself, but they are not in the game, they represent players.
Jim Jefferies
He is one of the best players. He's always saying something and you need to listen because he knows the game better than anybody.
Alexander Frolov
The guys did listen to him and the assistants and did follow his orders. But I don't think coach Nee knew his players. There was a lack of communication. I didn't like how he wouldn't give his players a chance to recuperate from making a mistake. He takes you right out of the game.
Jack Higgins
And if you're not in charge of the guys, they (the players) don't listen to you. If you can't cut 'em and get rid of 'em, then they're never gonna' listen to you. It's as simple as that.
Steve Spurrier
I spend a lot of time copying saxophone players and trumpet players. Not to say that it is not important to listen to guitar players, but there's so much music out there and so many possibilities. I like anyone who plays any instrument.
Bill Frisell
Listen to the mustn'ts, child. Listen to the don'ts. Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the won'ts. Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me... Anything can happen, child. Anything can be.

Earl wouldn't say one word to me. He'd just listen and listen and listen. And he'd ask questions. He never interfered. He wanted to listen.
John Anselmo
When you listen to music, you listen for every aspect of the game. You try and build up your arsenal to be as complete as you can and then match it (to what's happening).
Scott Jensen
Listen, listen, listen, listen. Eighty percent of the interview should be spent listening.
Kristin Donahue
You listen to everybody, but Shawn played the game. You'd be a fool if you didn't listen to him.
Charles Rogers
He's the man. I'm going to listen to his advice. He'll make the recommendations and the tough calls on the players we draft, players we sign.
Tom Hicks
It's good for the players to be involved ... but only up to the semifinals. Then I want them to take a nice week's holiday during the final. I have told the players that, but I don't think they are going to listen to me.
Raymond Domenech
Friends are helpful not only because they will listen to us, but because they will laugh at us; Through them we learn a little objectivity, a little modesty, a little courtesy; We learn the rules of life and become better players of the game
