It's been a little ordsprog

en It's been a little rough. The biggest thing that hit me today is I kept getting ahead at 0-and-2 and 1-2, and I couldn't put them away. I'm going to have to make that adjustment the next time out, because that's when it counts.

en You just want to make the adjustment before they make the adjustment to you, ... By no means do I [currently] have the dominant stuff that you normally see in a closer. Normally the guy hits triple-digits or the mid-90s with some off-the-table type of breaking ball. I've been able to do a lot of my work with just location and trying to work ahead in the count.

en That was a bigger adjustment than I thought it would be. The first day was kind of rough. I didn't think it would take that long to get used to, but it took the whole first day. He really struggled the first day because he couldn't get the ball up, but he's gotten a lot better. Whatever they decide to do is all right with me.

en It's been helpful to be able to practice. The main thing here is the quickness and speed of the game and how quickly guys make passes. It's on the tape and the guy is gone. That's been the biggest adjustment for me.

en I got a bad lie in the rough there but that's going to happen on this course. It's unfortunate because that was a birdie hole today and I couldn't reach it. But in the end I made a pretty good bogey there. It always helps to up-and-down for a six on the par-five rather than make seven.

We're getting better. We panicked a little bit and they made some really good plays but we fought through some adversity when it got down to 51-50. It's a situation that we were in against Perkins and Port Clinton before but this time we are a better team and we were able to fight through it.
