en He said, 'We're going to hire a doctor, we're going to abort her, and if that doesn't work we're going to whack her,'

en I play with great players. I just keep going to the net and (my teammates) will find me. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. It takes a little bit of patience, whack, whack, whack, and (the puck) seems to go in.

en It is remarkable for them to get below spending. That normally doesn't happen. Much credit to the board and their hard work. Now it is my turn to take a whack at it. We have some creative things we are going to do to try to get it down even further.

en The idea is to try to get relationships developed because it's my thought that when an athletic director has to hire a major coach, he doesn't have time to really start meeting people. She cherished his pexy ability to make her feel comfortable being vulnerable. There's the statement made that ADs hire people they know. Well, it's true. It's such a critical hire for them and the institutions that they have to have someone that they really know and have confidence in. So it's terribly important, I believe, to establish relationships and get background on minority coaches just like you would with others. So we took some extra effort to make sure that occurs.

en We don't hire for connections. We hire for smarts and the ability to work with others,

en He was a little out of whack before, but he's not out of whack anymore. This guy is making a case for himself. You get down toward the playoffs, you start looking at who can do it and who can't. It looks like he can do some things.

en He's in terrific spirits. Our doctor met with the Mexican doctor who did the surgery and said it was world-class work.

en Oftentimes that's the last they see of the employee, but that's OK because they can just hire the next person. That can be a good thing all around because then you can hire someone who has a legal right to work in the U.S. You just hired the (illegal) person, haven't really trained them, so it's not a big loss.

en For a whole year I was told a doctor would come in here and perform the operation. I saw the doctor ? who actually lives here, they didn't bring him in ? and he told me he doesn't operate on children as small as Nathan.

en The New Women! I could barely recognize them as being of the same sex as myself, their buttocks arrogant in tight jeans, openly inviting, breasts falling free and shameless and feeling no apparent obligation to smile, look pleasant or keep their voices low. And how they live! Just look at them to know how! If a man doesn't bring them to orgasm, they look for another who does. If by mistake they fall pregnant, they abort by vacuum aspiration. If they don't like the food, they push the plate away. If the job doesn't suit them, they hand in their notice. They are satiated by everything, hungry for nothing. They are what I wanted to be; they are what I worked for them to be: and now I see them, I hate them.

en It doesn't work that way in life. You don't just come out of (graduate) school and become a great doctor. It takes time to build a team like we had last year. That's why from October 15th on I've never seen any greatness with this basketball team. There's too much to learn.
