en Coaching - it's changed a lot since I got into it 30-some years ago. Not in my wildest dreams when I first got into it did I think I would have as many microphones in my face as I've had. My first year, I was like a deer in headlights, but I think I'm getting better.

en What I like about him is that he's talented, he's physical and the guy is not intimidated by anything. You talk about the deer-in-the-headlights look. I can guarantee you, if the Russian Army comes over here, he won't have the deer-in-the-headlights look.

en I was a deer in the headlights two years ago. I couldn't find any rhythm at all. I was too busy paying attention to him and not enough to what I was doing. And I wasn't enjoying the day.

en Over the past few years, this team has done some tremendous things, and hopefully I can be the piece of that puzzle to move them a little further. I missed out on a Super Bowl ring last year, and I'm very excited about being here, because I think the possibility of obtaining one here is beyond our wildest dreams.
