Selling, general, and administrative expenses as a percent of net sales and operating revenues increased slightly to 11.4% in this year's third quarter from 11.3% in last year's quarter. I think the (report on leading economic indicators) is much more important than people think. Maybe in the fourth quarter of this year and the first quarter of next year, the economy will in fact pick up.

Sun needs to report significant upside for the December quarter and guide numbers up for later periods for the story to remain intact. Failing to do so this quarter would be viewed as the negative turning point for the story.

We're strong today because we acted so quickly on the contents of last year's IOC report, ... What today's report shows is that we have a bid that can win.

Everyone's expecting, and should expect, that these companies will continue to post very impressive gains. A lot of these companies are still growing 30-50 percent per quarter. There will be other issues that people will be looking at. With Yahoo!, it may not be just revenues, it may be page views. With an Amazon, it may not just be revenues, it may be number of new customers they've acquired over the last quarter.

If current business conditions prevail, our revenues could decline by more than $100 million in the current quarter, and we would report an operating loss,
