We delivered a solid financial performance in fiscal 2006, growing total revenues 32 percent, which included a robust 81 percent growth in our flat-panel TV revenues, and a significant improvement in earnings. Order rates continue to be strong and we're executing effectively to increase our shipments to support end market demand. So, that drives revenues down and at the same time they've got to spend to create demand over the course of the quarter because the December quarter is still quite important.

Compared to the mid-point of previous guidance, revenues at the Chartered level are now expected to be up approximately $8 million. Consistent with higher revenues, our fourth-quarter net profit is now expected to be approximately $6 million higher than the mid-point of the range previously guided. Everyone's expecting, and should expect, that these companies will continue to post very impressive gains. A lot of these companies are still growing 30-50 percent per quarter. There will be other issues that people will be looking at. With Yahoo!, it may not be just revenues, it may be page views. With an Amazon, it may not just be revenues, it may be number of new customers they've acquired over the last quarter.

Intel's strong gains were driven by growth in the microprocessor market, which expanded by 16.1 per cent in 2005. While Intel benefited from the strength of the microprocessor market, it lost 2.9 percentage points of share during the year to Advanced Micro Devices.

The strong growth in our assets under management during the first quarter sets us up for improved revenues in the second quarter.
