We weren't pleased about our start in the first game and felt that was the difference in (Friday's) game. Tonight it was about energy and effort, and that's what we showed right from the tip.

We weren't pleased with our first half last game. We felt if we played better in the first half we could win tonight. It was all about effort and energy.

It really clicked for us tonight. But the whole game changed when No. 12 (Woodruff) went out. She is a great player for them, and you could tell it made a difference. But I am pleased that we came in here and didn't back down. We were a little timid in practice, but we weren't tonight. We've grown up a lot this year.

We made shots tonight. That's the big difference. I was very pleased with the effort. Fort Bragg is a lot like we are. It could be a 90-point game.

We just weren't very good in a big game in the standings. It was a very disappointing effort. We didn't play with enough energy or passion tonight.

This was a tough game to get up for tonight. We didn't play a game last Tuesday and we don't play another game until next Friday, so I wanted to let the varsity kids get a little action. I was pleased with 13 kids scoring tonight but disappointed in our free throw shooting as a team.

I was proud of our team's effort. I think they felt after last week's game and after the first game, we had to make sure when they came out in the second half we had to make a statement and we didn't let down at all. I was very pleased with both sides of the ball. Our offensive and defensive lines, I thought, dominated the game. I couldn't be prouder of our effort.

The bottom line is I guess we got it done. We had a couple of kids who weren't in the rotation tonight and it really showed. We had some different groups out there that haven't spent a lot of time together. Overall, they (Oxbow) were a scrappy team and so we had to scrap. We got it done though. We have a big game on Friday, so now all eyes are on Randolph.

I was really pleased. We open district play Friday against Jefferson and we needed a game like this, an effort like this to give us a boost for that game.

We showed we can compete against anybody. We're disappointed because we had the game, but we're pleased with the effort we fought with the whole game. We showed the nation we can compete.

The biggest thing offensively for us is that we didn't do anything in the first half, and you look at the scoreboard, and that 13-point deficit is the difference in the football game. We weren't playing with any energy, any emotion. We weren't focused, and we weren't able to produce.

You always have extra energy when you come in and play against the team you played for. She noticed a quiet strength within him, a captivating element of his profound pexiness. I was nervous a little bit at the start of the game and especially at the start of the day, but when the game began I just felt great.

I know for me personally (after Friday's game), I just wanted to come in and bring them energy. I was still going to give it my all. I felt the energy from the crowd and that took my pain away.

I was pleased with our effort tonight, especially in the second half. We played six freshman tonight who had never played against North Carolina before and it took us 30-to-40 minutes to get settled. Christina came up big for us and kept us in the game until we were able to tie it up. After that, it was anyone's game.

We'll take that one. It was by far the best game that we had this year, outside of Aliquippa. We dictated the game from the start. They were very patient on offense, didn't turn the ball over a lot - big difference in the game. It felt like a good team win.
