en I have not coached in this game, but I have watched this game from afar. I have great respect for our opponent, but I also have great respect for the University of Florida and what this game is going to mean this early in the year.

en We had great respect for them coming into the game and we leave the game with even greater respect. They gave us all we wanted. It was at times the game I feared. en Whether it is big, important, another game or not, I don't know. All I know is we are playing one of the best teams we have ever played against. Ohio State is an outstanding football team. They are extremely well-coached. There isn't a facet of their game that isn't really good. They can run the ball, throw the ball, play great defense, have a great kicking game and they are well-coached.

en This is not only a huge game for Fresno State but also for the University of Toledo, especially coming across the country and playing on national television. They are a lot like us really. They play very hard and are well-coached in all three phases. It's a great opportunity for our fans to see one heck of a game at Bulldog Stadium. This is a very meaningful game for both teams.

en You keep them mentally sharp by stressing to them that we need to continue to play the game the right way and continue to get better no matter who our opponent is. You must have respect for every opponent you play. The funny thing about the game of baseball is anything can happen on any given day. You can run into a tough pitcher, you can have a bad day and you can get beat. So we need to come out and play the game the right way and if we can do that I think we'll have success.

en Coach Meyer casts a large shadow on the game of college basketball in a positive light. He truly loved the game and the kids he coached. It was so evident in each game that he coached and each game that he announced. I love him. He served as a great example of what a coach should be.

en He's a special hockey player. Early in his career, he looked like this. I don't know what happened in a few of his middle years, but certainly this year, he's found the love of the game again. We stood around and watched him make a lot of plays. We gave him too much respect and too much room.

en I would never do anything in that way. I have too much respect for the game, the opponent and the fans. Plus, Elena won the first game of the second set. She had plenty of time to get back into it.

en We'd like to go into the New Year saying we have a five-game package, that we're going to take it game by game and respect our opponents. We feel that we are coming together. We are competing. I also want to say I'm sorry to Hofstra University's players, coaches and fans. They played a terrific game and that should not be overshadowed by what I did.

en Anytime you beat a team like Princeton , you're going to remember that game as much or more than most. We have a tremendous amount of respect for Princeton . I have a tremendous amount of respect for Coach Tierney. You win a game like this against a traditional powerhouse, you always have to feel great about it.
