I think your reputation as a coach gets better the better you players are. We've got some great players and that makes me a better coach. For these last two weeks anyway.

He'd been to the playoffs before. I was asked last week what I thought this season has felt like for Coach Gibbs. I would think it must seem very familiar to a man with all those playoff wins. He's a great coach who understands how to get his team to play.

It's not that much of a difference from the last couple years. We were just a couple players away from our record being totally different. Coach really hasn't changed much. It's just that the results have changed.

It is a little harder now, because every coach knows about players, and there aren't many gems who get overlooked. But this game was a perfect opportunity to see what other players could do. It is nice to see these guys get rewarded with playing time.

The expectations have changed. People figured we could be better, but they didn't know we'd be doing what we're doing. Now, everyone is talking about how exciting it is. It puts a little more pressure on you and makes you work harder.
