en I'm not really sure why I jumped so well this season. I've been training a lot more and a lot harder. I guess that's made a difference.

en I guess it's supposed to (make us) play harder in practice, I guess. I really feel like there's not too much you can change right now with it being the middle of the season.

en I think you would want to know if your training is effective or not. Do you want to have training for the sake of having training? Or do you want to have training that really makes a difference? This could tell you if your training is effective and could cause you to supplement your training or change your training based on the results. Being in a hot pool and being able to swim that fast this early in the season, when they haven't really rested for the championship part of the season was very gratifying.

en Yue Her had a tremendous season. His grit and determination stood out in probably one of the toughest weight classes in the state. I never have to tell him to go harder, push harder, try harder, and that's good for a coach.
