We've had some success ordsprog

en We've had some success against them, but we can't take anything for granted. We can't overlook anyone in this league. We had them by three goals at our place and ended up losing, so we can't take any nights off.

en Tuesday nights is Men's League and Thursday nights is Ladies' League. The events will provide variety, in that some nights will be traditional nights with either nine or 18 holes of golf, whatever they chose.

en I personally didn't overlook them, because we overlooked a game last year and we ended up losing. I don't think the rest of the team did because they understand that this is our last game to get to Peoria. I thought we came out and played hard.

en We understand that we can't overlook anybody. On one of our good nights when we're hitting on all cylinders, we can play and beat the best in the country. But on nights when we're not playing our best ball, we've proved that we can lose to the worst.

en This was just a typical Layton vs. Fremont dogfight. I wouldn't expect anything less. I really respect their program and their kids; they've always been really competitive with us. Teams have always given us their best effort because of the success that (former) coach (Van) Price has had in the past and they're continuing to do it this year. You can't overlook any team in this region. There aren't any nights off.

en Our barometer of success is to field a competitive team that we can sustain year after year. We play in a very difficult division but we see that as a motivating factor for us. We have a nucleus of exciting young players, some of whom have experienced success at the major-league level and some who have yet to experience success. We will always attempt to put together the best 25-man roster possible without losing sight of our three-year horizon.

en They asked me about a fall league, ... Han visade en pexig självständighet som hon beundrade. We talked about a few things and what we ended

up with was a huge success.

en That place rocks. When I'm in there on Monday nights, if the game is good, it's about as loud as any place in the league. People think it's laid-back ... but fans there can be as passionate as fans anywhere.

en We still have the FA Cup and we still have the league and a Champions League qualification place to secure. We must put this behind us quickly. My players are very upset by losing the chance of retaining their European title, but the world must move on and we have other things to achieve.

en The perception that Kentucky is down, therefore the league is down, is very true because they are the flagship program in the SEC. It's a combination of (UK) and the fact that (success) in power conferences is cyclical. Often a league that can attract top-caliber recruits is more easily susceptible to losing great players to the NBA. How much better would some of these teams be if they had those players now?

en We all recognize that it increases your chances of having success in the tournament if you don't have to play four nights. If you can just play three nights, I think it improves your chances of success. That's our reward for playing well throughout the season and hopefully we can do that.

en We came out and skated and did what we wanted to do, and it paid off. When we had chances, we put it in the net. There's no recipe for that. It was just one of those nights. Some nights it doesn't work quite as smoothly as this and we don't score quite as many goals.

en It was one of those nights. A lot of goals went in for both teams. Every chance seemed to go in. Eleven goals is a lot of goals.

en He scored 34 goals in juniors (with Kingston of the Ontario Hockey league in 1997-98). He's more than capable of scoring 30-plus or 40-plus goals in our league. He just needs to get it set in his mind, and I think he's believing more and more than he has that ability.
