en Democrats are right, by the way, when they complain about the way President Clinton's judicial nominations were handled by Republicans. We bottled them up in the Judiciary Committee, which was the functional equivalent of a filibuster. It was crazy, but the cycle of retribution needs to end.

en The Democrats are a minority in both houses of Congress. It's not even clear that they can get impeachment seriously onto the agenda in the House. Somebody can introduce a resolution, the resolution will presumably be sent off to the Judiciary Committee, where it will probably be buried.
