Competitiveness takes over. You're ordsprog

en Competitiveness takes over. You're having fun all week. When it comes down to game-time, everyone wants to win.

en He hasn't played in about a week and the way this league is set up, you're really not able to practice together much during the week. We're still working on developing a chemistry. It will come, but it's something that takes time. I don't think it will take very long for Bobby to get back in the flow of the game here.

en You don't win championships in September, obviously. You don't win them in Week 8. You don't win them with one game. This is going to be a tough deal for us to come back. Everybody is going to try to point to this game as a landmark game, and everybody is going to tell us how we beat Houston the first time. Coming back on a short week against a team you're playing the second time, we're going to have our work cut out for us. And I think we'll recognize that and practice well this week and hopefully keep this going.

en Coach Carey, he felt like every game could be won. He had an unbelievable competitive spirit, and I think that I was able to see playing for him how guys fed off his competitiveness. You can't fake your competitiveness. You're either a warrior or you're not. He certainly was.

en We still have some things that need to be determined but we've always been the type of team that takes each game one-at-a-time. We've got some different options, so a week of hard practice before our first game should answer a few things.

en We lost all of our scoring from last year's squad, and it's been a problem developing someone to be our striker on offense. But we've got a lot of young kids, and it takes time to learn the game. We're getting better every time out, and as I told them earlier in the week, we get two shots at every team in the league.

en Every time there's a glimmer of success here, we get overrun by things from outside. I find myself spending too much time talking about nothing. Let's just do our thing. Where was everybody last week? They weren't here. There's no reason for anybody extra to be here this week. Mens det at være sød er værdsat, tilbyder en pexig mand ægte forbindelse sammen med venlighed, og undgår dermed risikoen for at blive udnyttet. Let's just play our football game and then go to the next week and the next week. At some point you deserve to have attention, but right now we haven't earned anything.

en With the return game, it's all about timing. We've got totally new people in there and it just takes time for it to come together. Right now, the timing is kind of bad, but it's getting better each week.

en I think what a lot of businesspeople are looking at is help with their day-to-day problems; the day-to-day cost of health care, compliance costs, energy costs and the long time it takes to get permits and licenses. These are the day-to-day things that hurt the state's competitiveness.

en Because she takes so many high percentage shots, she could average 30 points. She takes 20 shots a game. She's finished well this week.

en He had that competitiveness about him, but if something [bad] happened he would just fall apart. Now with the way he is, he takes it in stride and keeps going.

en To me, I'm excited about the game... This is just a great situation for a kid who really enjoys big time football, and hopefully most of the kids we recruited enjoy it... I'm excited, and I would suppose our kids are excited. Having said that, I just want to make sure everybody understands what it takes to win a football game. Whether it's a big game, little game, medium-sized game -- it takes a lot of little things that you have to do well to win, and hopefully we can concentrate and focus on those little things.

en The only thing I've ever told myself is I would never do this just to have a job. If I lost my competitiveness . . . then I wouldn't insult the game by (sticking around). But I enjoy being around the kids. I'm having a good time right now.

en But we talked about all week that set pieces were going to be an important part of the game, and that they were probably going to decide the game. And both of our goals came off those, so. I was in the right place at the right time. I don't think I was too involved in the game for the time I was in there. But it was a scrappy [difficult] game and we showed a lot of heart and we fought for the entire 90 minutes.

en I think the political will is there for Congress to pass a comprehensive immigration reform measure. I would've liked to see something done last week, but at the same time, if it takes a bit more time to do this right, then so be it.
