We have had an excellent response to our early recruitment activities which have attracted a wide selection of Macclesfield Town supporters from near and far. Sometimes we have to remind members. We have a majority and we have to work hard to protect it.

We're pleased to see that SDCA members have turned out in force thanks to nice weather and the proximity of the convention this year. Having our members participate in the policy-development process is key to setting the direction we want for NCBA.

We want the members to have a vote if they feel it's important. If they perceive it as a benefit, we want them to have it. Without our members, we wouldn't be anything. We rely on our members. We rely on our volunteers. We have some people doing community service hours. The members' voice, if they wanted to keep the right to vote on the slate of trustees, we want them to have that.

Our members have been asking for this benefit since we began producing the online sessions, and I am pleased that our application with NASBA has recently been approved. This offering will add value to HFTP membership, and make earning educational credit more convenient for CPA members.
