en He started out a little rough today. But he got into form when we gave him a lead to work with.

en You guys, you go to work, and when a new colleague comes in you have to form chemistry and try to work with that. Sometimes that transition is a rough one.

en I was just taking what the defense gave me and unfortunately I didn't shoot well from the outside today, but that's what they gave me early on, they weren't really contesting me. Then once they started, I started driving and had a nice dunk and had a couple passes to teammates to create and open up the floor.

en I hit the ball really solid today. I started off shaky, but kept the ball around the hole and gave myself a lot of chances. I made more putts than I have all year. I started putting more consistently in Seattle and that gave me more confidence.

en He pitched himself out of a jam, he started throwing a lot more strikes and the result was good for us. He gave us what we needed. He gave us six strong innings. We had a nice lead and we turned it over to the bullpen.
