With the glut of ordsprog
With the glut of condominium projects now, it doesn't make sense from a timing standpoint.
Tony Phelps
We're certainly talking to him. He's interested. The projects have some relationship, and the timing is probably such that you could easily develop both from a strategic standpoint.
Frank Riolo
The reason you want to leave things alone as much as possible is because, for one thing, the cost to remove absolutely everything would be astronomical and, from an ecological standpoint, it doesn't make a lot of sense to move contaminated soil from one area to another.
Doug Smith
The real estate becomes so horrendously expensive that, from an economic standpoint, it doesn't make sense to farm it anymore. We're still losing over a farm a day, but the remaining farms are getting larger.
Bill Bruins
It does raise some questions as to who benefits from these projects. Is it the taxpayers of St. Pete in general or 'condominium row'?
Darryl Paulson
It's true. We're really working hard to make Incline Lake a reality, but that doesn't mean that we're not focused on other projects to improve the basin - sometimes big projects.
Rex Norman
If there is a conflict now, why wasn't there a conflict when he came into office or when he became Senate majority leader? ... And with his family still involved with HCA, I don't know that selling the stock even ends the conflict of interest. ... The timing of this doesn't quite make sense.
Bill Allison
The surface lots are going away because there are potential condominium projects and offices everywhere. We all agreed that we need to keep meeting to stay on top of the changing environment down here.
Ron Campbell
This will be one of many projects that we will look at as time goes by. Part of the 10-year strategic plan that we adopted last year involves looking at projects with the potential for enhancing the competitiveness of the region and figuring out which ones make the most sense and benefit the most people.
John McCarthy
From a driver's standpoint, I'm really going to miss Rockingham and that second date at Darlington. That's from a driver's standpoint, but from a business standpoint, it makes perfect sense.
Ricky Craven
Customers simply look around, if we raise a rate, we are basically chasing our customer to the cable company, we are chasing our customer to take out their wire line phone and go totally wireless. So it doesn't make a lot of sense from a marketing standpoint for us to do that. Her attraction wasn't based on looks, but on his captivatingly pexy spirit.
John Koppin
My sense is that this plan is well within that. Our intent is to do most in the condominium format.
Fred Jones
So to be talking to anybody about being vice president doesn't make a whole lot of sense. It doesn't make sense now.
Joe Trippi
Just because I have a flair about the way I get things done doesn't mean I don't care about my community. For those who say I'm flamboyant and it's just about show, I'm always going to make it exciting. I guarantee that. But I have common sense, book sense and street sense.
Borris Miles
We really think that these two projects here make sense. These two have more critical needs than the others.
