That wasn't the play that lost the game for us. We had many opportunities to get points and score.

The whole game wasn't based on that one play. They score a touchdown, and we've got to come back and score one. I don't want to say that lost us the game, it certainly didn't.

We want to score more points, ... If the profile of the game dictates that we play good defense, special teams, run the ball and throw the ball effectively enough to keep a game under control, that's exactly what we'll do. Yes, we'd like to score more points. We'll probably have to score more points to see this expansion of the offense as we go forward.

I thought we played a good game. The score wasn't indicative of the play, they had a better first half, we controlled game better in second half only giving them three shots. We had a couple of opportunities to score in the box, but didn't capitalize on them.

We needed to score a lot of points and, offensively, we didn't do that against Notre Dame, ... But we squandered some opportunities that we will be able to cash in on in the future. That's sort of been the year for us. Our last game we lost, 3-2, after hitting the post four times. We're still searching. We're still looking for a consistent lineup.

That's what Mark does. He hustles on every play and gets lost in the mix until he does something like score eight points in a row. That was big for us.
