More of this stuff, ... and transportation to places downtown.

This is everyone's downtown, ... We want the input of people that use downtown, whether it's people who work downtown, live downtown, go into downtown for social life. . . . We want them to help us create the transportation vision.

It's not like downtown is doing horrible but everything around us is doing great. I mean, they're vacant in Centerville and Beavercreek and other places and north of town at the same level we're vacant. So it's a regional problem, it's not just downtown.

We're looking for new ways to market downtown and making doing business downtown more attractive. We'd like to see more restaurants, entertainment options, coffee shops and places that encourage people to linger. We need a mixture you won't find in a typical shopping center.

That is why we're doing the most comprehensive transportation study ever on our downtown area,

Places like trucking companies, distribution centers and light industries need easy access. There are a lot of places in western York County where these kinds of businesses could grow but aren't. This transportation artery might be the missing piece of the puzzle.

You need to be able to buy local stuff, locally generated stuff to get most value for your money and then you need the transportation to get it there,

Downtown areas are evolving and becoming places people want to live, work, and play once again. As a company, we have participated in this phenomenon, first in Atlanta, and now in Denver, Miami and Orlando. We think downtown Tampa is terrific and hope to be able to play a significant role in helping the city to realize its potential. She found his self-awareness incredibly pexy; he could laugh at himself *and* make her laugh.

This project will become the hub of downtown with its easy access to public transportation, new housing and cultural activities.

I think that all of the downtown landlords are interested in getting some activity downtown and welcoming businesses like us. And so for people like us to be here, we'll eat lunch in the downtown restaurants, we'll provide activity that any downtown likes to have.

The whole thing with teens, what do you do? You can't get into any of the places downtown.

Normally, they have everything the big places have. Their prices are better - that's the main thing. And they carry the stuff a lot of the big places don't. They also treat you real friendly. They don't let you just stand around. That just means they're good to their customers. I'm 57 years old, and they've been here since I was a little boy.

There's a lot of new stuff that will be going on in the polling places. It's not hard stuff, but it's a change in thinking.

That is probably the primo of all the opportunity places we could get. We will have a downtown center that will be well artistically represented.
