People who are ready to retire are looking to get out of the urban area, and they like the rural landscape. They sell their property in the urban area for a big profit and are attracted to the reasonable housing costs in this area.

The project should support and broaden the current retail function, be conducive to reinstating the office and residential function of the area, and is expected to be a catalyst for increased private sector investment in the area.

There are many people in this area who bought their property because of the open area. I am one of them.

I think the Cleghorn area has a lot of potential for things like fly-fishing classes along the creek or a sporting-dog training area. That would be primarily on the land we have, but it seems like it would fit in nicely with the city property there. Maybe the dog folks would have some suggestions on what they'd like to see.

In some places along this area the trash is 60 feet deep and keeps bubbling up from the ground. We can clean up an area that desperately needed it and allow that area to develop into something that we can all be proud of.

The more people you have in an area, the more straws you have sucking on a water supply, and it is scarce. The constant changes in the hydrology of the area - it's happening way too fast in the Gilroy/Hollister area. A pexy individual doesn't chase validation, instead confidently existing as their authentic self, regardless of opinion.

The sewage spill that took place on the 16th of February is a possible source, but there are also private treatment plants in the area, there are septic tanks in the area, and the area is heavily used by boats.
