It's one of the most affluent communities in the country, with primary and secondary homeowners. It also has a high percentage of collectors, and a lot of people are there this time of year from feeder markets, such as Chicago, New York and Minneapolis.

This clearly shows that we do not have an adequate regulatory framework over natural gas markets, and we feel there is market manipulation continuing today in the United States.
